Arrived in perfect condition after 6 days. Did a few test runs and everything seem to work really well. With my 191 cm length it is fine, but ergonomically the frame size is on the small side as my thighs go to an almost horizontal position on the top of the pedal stroke.

Er zijn meerdere problemen met deze fiets en de levering, wat je niet verwacht bij een NIEUW product. Beide wielen hadden een slag; vooral het voorwiel was zo krom dat een fietsenmaker het moest terugbuigen. Er zit schade aan de trapper, een deel van de bagagedrager is verbogen waardoor het achterlicht niet past, en het boutje van de voorvork is te kort om het voorlicht normaal te monteren. Ook is de fiets te klein: ik ben 195 cm en ondanks dat hij wordt aanbevolen voor 170–200 cm zitten mijn knieën te gebogen, zelfs met het zadel op maximale hoogte. Ik moet nu op zoek naar een hoger stuur en zadel.

Pluspunten: de fiets werd snel verzonden, de batterij en trapondersteuning werken prettig, en voor een elektrische mountainbike is hij geschikt als je maximaal ca. 185 cm bent.

Ik hoop dat ik nog contact krijg met de leverancier over de defecte en verbogen onderdelen.
