For the money this is excellent value. It's light, easy to fold and the motor gives a decent amount of assistance. The battery lasts for several days of short trips. I've been using it for my daily commute and it's been completely reliable. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and dependable bike for city riding.
The bike itself is great. Light, easy to handle and the motor is smooth. My only issue is the seat which is quite hard. After about 30 minutes my backside starts to ache. I've ordered a gel cover which should sort it. Apart from that, it's a solid bike for the price and I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind swapping the saddle.
I was a bit unsure about buying online but this has been a great decision. The bike arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. The ride is smooth and comfortable, the motor assists nicely without being jerky. I've done about 100 miles on it so far and it's been flawless. The battery range is as advertised and the folding mechanism is solid.
This has become my go-to for short trips around town. It's light, easy to fold and the motor helps when you need it. The battery lasts for days and the ride is comfortable. Great for city living and I use it for everything from shopping to visiting friends. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a practical and reliable bike.
The build quality on this is really impressive. Everything feels solid and well put together, no rattles at all. The motor is smooth and quiet, and the brakes are responsive when you need them. It folds up easily and fits in the boot of my car. The display is clear and easy to read. Great bike for the price and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable daily ride.
I've been using this for my daily commute for about three weeks now and it's been brilliant. The motor gives a smooth push that makes the hills feel flat and I arrive at work without being a sweaty mess. The battery lasts for three days of back and forth, which is more than I expected. The tyres handle the rubbish roads around here without any trouble. It's a bit heavy to carry up to my flat but that's the only real downside.
This is light and easy to carry up the stairs to my flat. The motor helps on the hills and the battery lasts for days, so I only charge it a couple of times a week. The folding mechanism is simple and it fits easily in my hallway. Great for city living and I'd recommend it to anyone who needs something portable and practical for their daily commute.
Opening the box, I could not believe how tiny the folded Mile 1 is, it is practically the size of a large briefcase, unbelievable.
The 14 by 2.125 inch tires are much wider than typical small folding bike tyres, making the ride surprisingly comfortable for such a compact bike.
My friend has a pricier folding e-bike from a famous brand, but it does not fold nearly as small as my Mile 1, portability wins every time. š§³
Let me walk you through my daily commute, I ride the Mile 1 3km to the station, fold it in under 10 seconds, carry it onto the train and place it under my seat, then ride 4km to my office, it has completely transformed my travel and saved me hours of driving every week.
The 36V 10.4Ah battery provides a genuine 40km of range, which is perfectly suited for my short trips and last-mile connections.
Riding the Mile 1 through a crowded weekend market, the 14 inch wheels and tiny size mean I can go where no other e-bike can physically fit.
One thing I love about this bike is how light it is, I can carry it with one hand up a flight of stairs without any strain at all. šŖ
The 250W motor is zippy and responsive, it launches me from stops and helps me keep up with city traffic effortlessly.
My neighbour has a car for his short trips, but after seeing how easily I park and store my Mile 1, he is seriously thinking of getting one.
The folding mechanism is incredibly simple, one latch for the frame and one for the handlebars, it takes seconds to master.
For anyone living in a tiny flat, travelling by motorhome, or using a boat, the ultra-compact fold of the Mile 1 is a complete game changer. š
The 14 by 2.125 tires are surprisingly stable for such small wheels, I feel confident riding at 25kmh, no twitchiness at all.
I have taken the Mile 1 on a bus, a train, a tram, and a ferry, it fits everywhere and no driver or passenger has ever complained.
The 65km assist range means I rarely use the full battery on my short trips, I just top it up every few days and forget about it.
Riding on wet city roads, the wide tyres provide decent grip, and the bike's light weight makes it easy to control in slippery conditions.
The mechanical brakes are simple and effective, perfectly suited for the bike's light weight and intended urban use.
The battery is easy to remove and has a built-in charge indicator, very handy for a quick status check before I head out. š
My son is 14 and he finds the Mile 1 very easy to handle, fold, and carry, it is the perfect size for a younger or smaller rider.
The 25kmh speed limit on bike paths feels fine, the bike feels very stable and safe at that speed, no wobbles.
One of the best features is the folded size, it fits in the overhead bin on a train or comfortably under a desk at work.
The 250W motor is very quiet, I can have a conversation while riding without any motor noise interfering at all.
The 40km range is realistic, I consistently get 38-42km on a full charge with a mix of throttle and pedalling, exactly as promised. š
The 14 inch wheels make the bike incredibly agile, I can make a U-turn on a narrow pavement easily without putting a foot down.
The included kickstand is small but holds the bike upright on flat ground without any issues, it does the job.
The grips are comfortable for the short trips this bike is designed for, no hand fatigue at all on my 30-minute rides.
Riding on smooth pavement, the bike feels very zippy and fun, it puts a smile on my face every single time I ride it.
