RZOGUWEX S9 (EU) Electric Bike

Okay so i waited a while to leave the review and i am going to say this bike is hard to beat for the price. It is my first ebike and it definitely has made me want something with even more power and features but really this is enough for anyone's first bike. It has power both on roads and cutting through yards and parks. I've had a blast bombing steep hills on it. I've added a delivery rack and bag so i can use it to make money and in just over 3 weeks i have put nearly 250 miles on it using it as a commuter. It will be taking a rest once the winter gets cold here but it has managed everything i can throw at it. I also put a saddle on the back i use if my kid wants to come along. I could use a softer seat with shocks for myself as i am in my 40s and could use the cushion down there. I only have positives to say about the bike.

Great for off-road trips with my partner—pre-assembled setup was quick. Tires grip well, and battery lasts 76km in pure electric. Only minor issue: rear rack is not very sturdy with a passenger.

I love my new ebike!!! So much power. Just a heads up. In pedal assist 1, just starting out on the bike. As soon as you touch that pedal it lunches forward with alot more power than you'd think it would have. Have been cruising all over my town for almost two weeks and just now took battery out the bike time charge it (and it still had 1/4 battery left.)
I highly recommend. My first ebike and i managed to put it all together by myself. I couldnt get it to power the motor at first. But it was just a wire thay cane loose during shipping. Get this bike! You'll love it! Cane when it said it would. No delays

Unbelievable for the price!...i would suggest getting 2... one extra for parts.

That being said.. this bike works well in scooter mode.. making it a great low powered class 2 scooter.
The controller and display have a very large problem though...pedal assist.....
First there are only 3 pedal assist speeds. (most controllers have 3,5, or 9) this is important as cadence pedal assist sets the throttle at the maximum of that speed while pedaling. So only 3 speeds to choose of motor help. Secondly. There are 2 settings that also do not work that make the experience negative.
You cannot set pas sensitivity. The pedal only has to barely move an inch before the motor kicks in
You cannot set pas ramp up strength. When the motor kicks in for pas...it uses maximum throttle to get to the maximum gear speed.
This has almost thrown me out in traffic multiple times when pas kicked in soo hard unexpectedly when gravity moved the pedal 1 inch.
People have just unplugged the pas sensor

Bike is as described with great build quality! The only complaint i have is that the controller doesn't allow me to go into the settings and tweak things without the factory password..

This is a great e-bike! It has plenty of power to move a 200 pound adult up to 55 mph easily. Assembly is easy with the on line instruction video. The front brake required a small adjustment to keep the front rotor from rubbing against the brake pad but it was an easy fix with the included tool kit. The frame and components are very solid. This bike has plenty of zip from the rear hub motor. For a first e bike it's hard to beat for the price!

Battery drains fast on intense trails—49km pure electric. Suspension is stiff, and seat is uncomfortable for long dual rides. Motor is noisy during climbs—annoying on long trips.

It was packaged great! Put it together easily, and came quickly. Charged battery and ran it. It worked very good.

There was no missing pieces i put it together with no problem, it goes faster than 20mph i love it and would recommend it to anyone.

Love this bike, i’ll probably buy another. Smooth ride, sturdy, a ton of fun. My son and i take turns driving around the neighborhood. Well worth it so far. We’ve had it about a month and drive it regularly.

Amazing bike fully working easy to assemble just make sure the axl is having the handle on the side where the left handle is otherwise front tire break won't work i had made this mistake but as soon as i change the side it worked perfectly
