RZOGUWEX X5 (UK) Electric Bike

I have had the Rzoguwex X5 since September and been amazing ...and then saw the X7 twin motor .....
Unfortunately my photos do not show how good the build quality and paint job i!s on this Ebike .....it's brilliant and well finished
If you are new to Ebike riding ...be careful on this beast ....get used to the power and how to use the bike ...before venturing out on the roads
I've had great communication from the company and been very quick in response to my questions ...
This bike is perfect for what I need ...plenty hills around where I live. And the bike has plenty torque so it's the business !! Can't ask for more in this beasty !

Not put together yet has for a Christmas present. I have taken out of box to make sure everything is there which it is, can’t find black cap for handle bar stem bolt ? Hopefully stuck on or under foam wrapping . Apart from that bike looks well made,can’t wait for reaction when they see it. Will update review in new year.

Wow! What can I say, im genuinely impressed by this bike, riding around on the road to work and back is great but where it really shines is on trails, it soaks up rough terrain effortlessly, riding it hard though and only using the throttle will drain the battery quick (ish) for reference i rode some trails today for 13 miles constant hard throttle putting it to the test, and I used about 60% of the battery so I imagine it'll do great on long journeys with pedal assist.
One thing I recommend you buy to add to this bike especially if you plan to go on trails, is a silicone type pad to put on the frame underneath the chain as it slaps like a bitch!

Judging from other reviews im guessing ill have no problem with the after care service if anything goes wrong.

Its a head turner too, plenty of people want to stop and talk about it, surprisingly elderly people!

Its a good size bike, from the pictures it looks kind of small but that's because of the chunky tires, in person though it's a nice size.

If you have a hatchback car renault clio size you should just about be able to get it in your car with taking the front wheel off.

Delivery also only took 3 days to shropshire.

Im really happy with my purchase and I think it's a damm good price.

EDIT: upon getting back home i switched the bike on again to see the battery and it was back up to 4 bars out of 5, so it must have used alot less than i thought.

It's practically a motorcycle, it reaches more than 50k hours, it doesn't go unnoticed, probably not for the police either, but it complies with everything it announces, you can't lock the battery, despite having a key, you don't have access once you put the battery in place, so watch out for potholes.

This bike is making me feel too happy every day since I got it.
I have bought bikes, e scooters, motorcycles and cars but nothing made me as excited and happy compare to this bike.
Since I got this bike I go to work with this bike every day and I can relieve so much stress. It makes me smile every time I use it.
It’s really fast and also can travel very far, 50 km or more with full electric mode and maximum speed without charging.
I had a e scooter as fast as this but I feel much safer with this one as it has bigger wheels and easier to control on bumps and slippery roads. And more relaxed since you can sit on the comfortable seat.
The price is high but it’s worth it. It can be higher if you consider the quality of it.
Only thing I regret is that I didn’t buy it earlier!
I wish I have bought it in the spring time so I could enjoy it whole summer.
Addition to the good quality of bike, the service is also amazing. I have been asking lots of questions and they always responded right away with very helpful and polite answers.
I started to think of getting another one for my son.
I totally recommend if you are looking for an electric bicycle.

It’s been a month since I got this beautiful bike.
I am relaxing every morning and afternoon when I ride this bicycle. The best way to stress out for me😊
I ride it about 19 km every day for 6 days a week and I used to think it’s too far to travel with bicycle😭
Now with this bike, I started feel I wanna go farther 😄
Too fun to sit on this comfortable bike and so fast.
The best part is that all my stress goes away after I ride this.
And the other best part is that the seller is super helpful for the all kinds of questions you ask.
I have been asking too many questions and they always give the answers right away.

This e-bike is amazing and looks like a motorcycle but without having to have insurance, license & the rest of the road legal requirements.

This e-bike is really fast and probably faster then my old restricted moped, I can hit 38mph full throttle while peddling and easily doing 30-34 without trying plus 26-28 up hill on a full charge. This bike has 1-5 settings for speed assistance so to keep it road legal you can leave it on level 1 which is around 14-15mph which I do in busy places.

The seller was amazing and very helpful, I was worried about buying something expensive like this e-bike but the product they sell is amazing and well built and looks and feels better than anything in the local shops at an amazing price. Highly recommended if your thinking of buying an e-bike.

So overall all I’m really happy with this amazing e-bike and the seller is so helpful and very responsive with a YouTube channel to help you change/replace items on the bike if needed.

Bought for 16yo son and he's over the moon with it. It took some putting together by 2 people, but exceeded expectations with a quality. UPS let the delivery down which delayed things a few days but we can't fault the seller who was attentive and courteous. Really pleased overall. It looks and feels like a far more expensive bike.

Great battery range... 25ah pack is very good. easily reaches 30mph (speed)
Customer Service I give 10/10👍(So far) I contacted them through WhatsApp ..gave short description of the issue, with a short video, within a couple of hours they replied with "the new part is on its way to you.

Only down side.. If you live in England the ebike Laws are a joke! this bike is classed has a Moped!!

Received the rzoguwex on the 22nd July 2025 and so easy to put together and I have since used it every day for work 15 mile round trip, customer service is great as mine needed a new rear shock which they are sending to me and I never asked for it I just enquired. All I can say if your looking at buying it then buy it you won't be disappointed with the purchase. They do look better than the pictures

7-speed gears and dual suspension dominate trails! Battery lasts 109km in assist mode, and fat tires are durable. Silver finish is easy to clean, and pre-assembled setup was a breeze.

I have taken this bike on 6 good long runs it is awesome. It is fast, it rides very similar to a motor cross bike through the turns, it does peddle with no power on and you can get it home if you run out just with peddle power, but i have not run out as it goes for miles and miles on one good charge ! and its very powerful.
Its also comfortable and looks great ca highly recommend this bike but take it easy as first and get used to it slowly as its a beast ! I LOVE MY ZOGGY yehaa !

This seller has went above and beyond on 2 occasions, when I first bought the bike there was a problem with the courier, really nothing that was the seller’s fault he went above and beyond and made sure it was resolved, and nearly a year later the bikes dashboard showed up a fault and they sent a new part to fix it free of charge, this is the best e-bike I’ve seen and the seller/ customer service is fantastic and above and beyond do not hesitate to buy.

The rzoguwex x5 is simply amazing. With a powerful output of 1000w and a 25ah battery that can last for several days, the 20 inch wide tires can easily handle various rugged terrains. The stepped design is very convenient for daily use, and the application control makes mode adjustment easy. Full score of 10 points.

driven so far. I'm very happy with the bike. Only drive in the forest, summer and winter. The battery lasts well... it's still new. The only thing the vehicle doesn't like is moisture, the error O3 occurs from time to time... according to my research, this has to do with moisture... I will watch and, if necessary, discuss it here in addition... clean the bike with water... hm... very carefully recommended... otherwise technically and driving experience great...

Driven 1000 km now... no more error messages, battery still lasts as it did on the first day... the frame shows no wear, I only have to tighten the screws from the stand once a week.. strange but it's like that 💁🏼 the front fender has fallen off, the mounting clamp is too thin... now replaced and reattached... is
addendum: a display is now defective at 1400 km. Speed and mileage are not shown... the rest of the display is working. Display reset and cable checked... nothing

now driven 2000 km, engine total loss, just rattles around listlessly... wrote to customer service and received a replacement motor after some correspondence, took a total of 2 months... I installed the replacement motor and controller, now everything is running again. I hope longer than 2000 km... update to follow.

Drove 600 kilometers with a replacement engine, everything is good so far 👌

1500 km with a replacement engine, all the best. Otherwise, the bike works very well, the battery and all relevant parts are in order.

2500 km, engine all good and running. It should be mentioned that the bike is not exposed to major temperature fluctuations when parked indoors.
