I’m a casual rider who wanted something comfortable and capable, and the Shengmilo S900 fits perfectly. The rear hub motor provides gentle yet effective assistance, making rides fun not tiring. Full suspension takes the harshness out of bumpy paths. Hydraulic brakes make me feel safe, even when riding with family. Fat tyres add cushioning and stability, ideal for relaxed riding. Battery life is more than enough for weekend outings. The bike is easy to operate, with simple controls and a comfortable riding position. It’s sturdy but not intimidating, even for less confident riders. It handles parks, paths, and roads equally well. I’ve had no issues with reliability or build quality. It has encouraged me to ride more often and explore my local area. For casual and family riders, this e-bike is friendly, capable, and great value.

This bike is a fantastic all-terrain vehicle. I've used it for commuting, weekend leisure rides, and even a bit of light trail riding. It handles everything with aplomb. The battery range is accurate, the motor is punchy, and the build quality feels premium. The only downside, as others have noted, is the weight. At 45kg, it's a struggle to get it on a bike rack or up a flight of stairs. If you have ground-level storage, it's a 5-star bike.

So, my S900 PRO arrived just before Christmas, and I finally got a dry day to take it out properly. First ride was along the seafront at Brighton. The bike looks absolutely fantastic—really aggressive and purposeful. The 20x4.0 tyres are massive and give it a real presence. The motor is super responsive; a little twist of the throttle and you're off. I hit 40km/h on the flat with no pedalling, and it felt totally stable, even in the wind. The brakes are incredibly strong. I'm still getting used to the weight; it's a lot of bike to maneuver at walking pace. But once you're rolling, it's a dream. The display is bright and easy to read. I can't wait for better weather to really explore the South Downs. A brilliant start to my e-bike journey.

One thing that really stood out to me is how quiet the rear hub motor is. You barely hear it, even under acceleration. This makes for a much more pleasant ride through the countryside, you can still hear the birds. The SOLON hydraulic brakes, on the other hand, are reassuringly powerful with a nice sharp bite. It's a well-thought-out combination. The range is also excellent; I did a 40-mile loop around the Vale of York last week and still had juice left. A top-quality e-bike.

I live in a very hilly area and have a bad knee. Cycling was becoming impossible. The S900 has given me my mobility back. It takes the strain off my knee completely. You get a 1500W motor, a massive 30Ah battery, full suspension, and hydraulic brakes for this price? It's a no-brainer. It rides brilliantly, feels solid, and looks the part. If you're on a budget but want premium performance, stop looking and buy this.

I've been riding through this cold, wet, and miserable winter we've been having, and the S900 has been a joy. The fat tyres give me confidence on icy patches (though you still have to be careful!), and the IP45 rating means I'm not worried about the electrics. It's made the darkest months so much more bearable.

Got this just before Christmas and finally got it out for a proper ride today. What a way to start the year! The fat tyres are incredible on the frosty ground – I felt completely in control. I stuck to the 40km/h setting for most of my ride through Epping Forest, and the battery barely dropped. It's a proper e-mountain bike, no doubt about it. The step-over frame feels very sturdy, and the full suspension irons out all the bumps. A brilliant bit of kit for anyone wanting to get out and explore more in 2026.

Got this as a Christmas present to myself and finally got out on it today (a crisp, cold New Year's Day!). What a way to start 2026! The bike is absolutely brilliant. Cruised along the seafront in Brighton, and the fat tyres were perfect on the pebbly bits and the wet sand. The motor is so responsive, and the three speed modes make it really versatile. The build quality feels excellent. It's a real head-turner, too. Had a few people stop and ask about it. Highly recommended for some coastal cruising.
