Urlife E26 48V (EU) Electric Bike

This bike is a powerhouse. I feel safe and in control. The pedals are basic plastic. Including alloy platform pedals with better grip would improve foot stability and add to the overall premium component feel of the bike.

Five-star performance. The suspension fork handles bumps well. I think the bike would benefit from having mounting points for a water bottle cage on the seat tube in addition to the ones on the downtube. More mounting flexibility is always appreciated.

Thrilled with my purchase! The ride quality, range, and overall value are outstanding. It handles my 230 lb frame with ease. One area for improvement: the seat, while decent, could be more comfortable for very long rides over an hour. I ended up swapping it for a gel seat. If they included a premium comfort saddle as an option, it would be perfect.

I absolutely love my Urlife E26! The 750W motor makes my hilly commute a breeze, and the 100-mile range is no exaggeration. I go a full week without charging. The suspension is great for bumpy roads. My only small suggestion would be to include a better quality kickstand, as the current one feels a bit wobbly on uneven ground. Overall, a fantastic bike that has changed my daily life.

The Urlife E26 is phenomenal. The Shimano gears shift perfectly with the motor assist. My one suggestion is about the battery indicator on the LCD. It would be more helpful if it showed a percentage remaining instead of just bars, so I could plan my longer trips with even more precision.

The ride is smooth and the motor is a beast. The pedal assist levels are great, but I find the jump between level 2 and level 3 to be quite significant. Adding a more granular adjustment, perhaps via a companion app, would allow for finer tuning of the assist.

For future models, offering a throttle-only mode without needing to pedal first would be a great feature for getting going from intersections quickly. The current setup requires a half-pedal rotation to engage, which can feel slow sometimes.

I am very satisfied with the purchase. The bike shop that assembled it for me noted that the stock brake rotors are on the thinner side. Upgrading to thicker 2.0mm rotors would improve heat dissipation and brake performance under heavy sustained use.

This is the perfect commuter bike. I use it daily. The battery charger works well but is on the larger side. A more compact, travel-friendly charger would be convenient for people who might want to charge at both home and work.

I love how this bike handles both city streets and park paths. The rear rack is rated for a good weight, but it would be helpful to have the exact maximum load (in lbs/kg) clearly stamped on the rack itself for quick reference while loading up.

The battery removal is seamless. The charging port cover on the battery feels a bit flimsy. A more robust rubberized cover with a positive click seal would inspire more confidence in its weatherproofing and durability over hundreds of insertions.

Assembly was straightforward but the instructions for connecting the display wires were unclear. The connectors are similar. Color coding the wires or having more distinct shaped connectors would prevent any chance of incorrect connection during setup.

The perfect blend of utility and enjoyment. The motor is quiet and strong. Adding small rubber vibration dampeners where the display mount clamps to the handlebar would prevent any potential creaking noises over time from plastic-on-metal contact.

Love, love, love this bike! It handles everything I throw at it. My suggestion is for the company to sell optional color kits or frame decals. I love the black, but offering more personalization options would let riders express their style even more.

The value proposition is incredible. Everything just works. My only suggestion is for future models to consider a slightly more upward-swept handlebar rise for an even more relaxed, upright cruising position, which is ideal for city commuting.

This bike has reduced my carbon footprint significantly. The packaging was mostly cardboard which is good but it used a lot of plastic zip ties. Switching to paper based tape or reusable straps for bundling parts would make the unboxing experience more eco friendly.

An exceptional e-bike that gets everything right. The tires are a good compromise. Including puncture-resistant tire liners or sealant from the factory would be an excellent value-add and save riders from a common hassle down the road.

The bike is a head turner. Ive had many people ask about it. It would be fantastic if the company provided a QR code on the frame linking to a digital copy of the manual spec sheet and even tutorial videos for assembly and maintenance.
